One of my favorite quick tools to feel better is called the bounce and shake. I was reminded of it this morning when Taylor came up on my playlist. Bouncing is also a great way to help your lymphatic system do it's flushing job!
Best to do the bounce and shake gently with feet on the floor, so you can shake out your arms at the same time!*
